Emulex Executives File to Sell 360,000 Shares

Three directors and the chief executive of Emulex Corp., a Costa Mesa developer of fibre-channel host bus adapters, software and other products, filed to sell a total of 360,000 common shares of the company, according to documents released Tuesday by the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Chief Executive Paul Folino registered 200,000 shares. Director Don Lyle registered to sell 60,000 shares, and directors Robert Goon and Michael Downey each registered 50,000 shares.

All four listed Jan. 24 as the likely date they had expected to sell their shares, which had a combined market value of about $37 million, according to the filings.

The documents allow for the sale of restricted stock, but it isn’t a commitment to sell.
