The Aliso Viejo provider of Web-based communications services, incurred a net loss of $5.4 million for the first quarter ended Dec. 31, compared with a net loss of $2.3 million a year earlier. The loss for the recent quarter included a nonrecurring charge of $1.4 million from the termination of three contracts. The company did not provide per-share figures. Revenue climbed to $998,726 from $29,390.
