Funding Terrorism

Re “U.S. Sees New Terrorist Threat From N. Africa,” July 8: Outstanding in detail; in fact, enough to be quite scary! But with all this flying around the world, buying supplies for bombs, etc., did I miss something?

There was no mention of the occupations of these participants. Do they not eat, pay rent? Can someone tell me who is paying for all this?
