National Guard Soldier Found at Relative’s Home

A California National Guard soldier missing for three days from her post as part of a drug task force along the Mexican border was found at a relative’s home in San Diego County, officials said Monday.
Officials offered no details about why Warrant Officer Joyce Davis was missing.
