Silver Medalist Entered in Pacific Coast Triathlon

Michellie Jones, a 2000 Olympic silver medalist from Australia, is scheduled to compete Sunday in the fourth Pacific Coast Triathlon at Crystal Cove State Park in Newport Beach.

The event, which includes a half-mile swim, 12-mile bike ride and three-mile run, is sold out. The top 150 finishers from the past two years will start in the first group at 7 a.m.
