Brown Named President of Foothill Subsidiary
Foothill Independent Bancorp has named Cheryl Brown president of Platinum Results Inc., a subsidiary of the Glendora-based Foothill holding company of Foothill Independent Bank.
The new unit provides back-room services to other financial institutions as well as data access and management services. Brown was vice president and data processing manager of Foothill Independent Bank.

Andy Mills was promoted by TDK Semiconductor Corp. to senior vice president and general manager of a new Broadband Communications Products group, which the Tustin communications chip maker created by consolidating three business units. Mills had been vice president of the company’s former Network Business unit.

Jeffrey B. Coyne has been appointed to the newly created position of vice president and general counsel of Newport Corp. in Irvine. He was a partner in the law firm of Stradling, Yocca, Carlson & Rauth.
Insignia / ESG
Insignia/ESG has promoted John Ollen to senior managing director in the Los Angeles office. He previously headed the agency leasing group for Insignia/ESG.
Watson Land
Watson Land Co. has appointed Jefferson Hill Jr. vice president, acquisitions. He will be responsible for the Los Angeles-based company’s strategic portfolio expansion. Hill was senior director of real estate development for Opus West.
