The new bouncer at the Skjenkestuen pub in Stavanger, Norway, may lack brawn, but she’s got plenty of experience.

“I can be pretty strict if I have to,” 91-year-old great-grandmother Marta Aurenes told a local newspaper.

Stavanger has begun imposing a rule that all bars and pubs must have bouncers on the weekends to prevent trouble. The off-the-beaten-path Skjenkestuen has had no trouble in 15 years, so the owner offered the job to his oldest regular as a mild protest.
