Cisco Systems plans to sell RealNetworks Inc.’s Web broadcasting software as part of a product line aimed at businesses, RealNetworks said. Terms were not disclosed.

Under the agreement, San Jose-based Cisco, one of the largest retailers of Internet networking equipment, will market RealSystem iQ products for streaming audio and video content over the Internet to its corporate clients.

Seattle-based RealNetworks, one of many Internet-based companies struggling to make money from their popular Web-based products, said the system could be used to broadcast meetings or distribute training materials.
