Ford Motor Co. Chief Financial Officer Henry Wallace and Vice Chairman Wayne Booker may leave the auto maker as part of a management reshuffle, the Financial Times reported, citing an unidentified person.

Ford’s board will discuss the retirements of Booker, 66, and Wallace, 55, at a July 11 board meeting, the paper reported. Also to be discussed is a job at Ford’s Michigan headquarters for Ford of Europe Chairman Nick Scheele, though not chief operating officer as reports have speculated, the paper said.

Ford spokesman Ken Zino declined to comment about the report. Booker and Wallace didn’t respond to messages left at their offices.
