* Jeff Dun was promoted to regional vice president of the Newport Beach office of Koll Construction L.P. and will oversee all operations from Orange County to San Francisco. Dun joined the company in 1996 as vice president of preconstruction and in 1998 became responsible for business development.

* Collectors Universe Inc. in Newport Beach added A. Clinton Allen and James H. O’Neal to its board, increasing the number of directors to seven. Allen is chairman and chief executive of A.C. Allen & Co., an investment banking consulting firm based in Cambridge, Mass. O’Neal retired earlier this year as president and chief executive of Frito-Lay International, a subsidiary of PepsiCo.

* Dale L. Macrae has joined Aon Consulting as a senior vice president in its Costa Mesa-based employee benefits division. She has more than 19 years’ experience in employee benefits consulting.
