Kozmo Ends Starbucks Deal

Kozmo.com Inc. customers who want to return movie rentals won’t be doing so at Starbucks Corp. outlets. The struggling Internet retail company announced the end of its five-year, $150-million deal to place Kozmo rental movie drop-off boxes inside the coffee chain. Kozmo had about 500 video drop boxes in Starbucks in nine major cities, including Los Angeles. Kozmo said it’s looking for additional vendors for drop boxes.
