Caesar’s Scratch Hummus

Caesar’s Grill has an interesting menu of Middle Eastern combination plates and appetizers. However, some people go there just for the hummus because it is exceptionally good. Caesar’s makes this creamy dip with garbanzo beans cooked from scratch, not from a can, and seasons the pureed beans with fresh lemon juice, garlic and sesame oil. The only accompaniment you need is pita bread, and the grill sells that too.
