Gore’s First 100 Days

I was very disappointed in Arianna Huffington’s May 3 commentary about Al Gore’s first 100 days not in office (‘When You Don’t Lead the Free World, You Can Eat a Lot of Burgers”). First, it’s just not funny--she’s usually much more witty. And second, it’s so mean-spirited. The fact that Gore is not the president is becoming more painful to me with each day’s news. This attack on him made me depressed and sad.
