Laura San Giacomo, who co-stars in the NBC sitcom “Just Shoot Me,” has sold her Studio City home for close to its $549,000 asking price and has purchased a larger home in a nearby area.

The house she sold has three bedrooms in slightly more than 1,800 square feet. Built in 1935, the updated home also has a balcony off the master suite overlooking a black-bottom lagoon pool, a spa and a park-like yard.

Giacomo and her then-husband, actor Cameron Dye, bought it in 1993. They were married in 1990 and divorced in 1998.

The buyers are Jim Gifford, chief financial officer of a local manufacturing company, and Kevin Lewman, an estate specialist with an international law firm.

The stage-trained actress, 39, appeared in regional theater and off-Broadway before making her film debut in “sex, lies and videotape” (1989). The next year, she had a supporting role as Julia Roberts’ hooker friend in “Pretty Woman,” and she was Tom Selleck’s leading lady in “Quigley Down Under.”

Before co-starring in “Just Shoot Me,” she was in the highly acclaimed miniseries “Stephen King’s ‘The Stand”’ on ABC (1994).

Barry Weiss of Re/Max on the Boulevard represented the buyers, and Chuck and Carol Bartlett of Prudential John Aaroe had the listing and represented Giacomo in buying her new home, sources said.

Larry Drake, who won two Emmy Awards for outstanding supporting actor in a drama series for his role as the developmentally challenged Benny on the NBC series “L.A. Law” (1987-94), has put his Hollywood Hills home on the market at $859,000.

The house has four bedrooms in about 3,500 square feet. Built in 1926, the English Norman-style villa also has sweeping city views and a bonus area off the master suite, which has a soaking tub and a steam shower.

Drake is selling because he has been doing a lot of work out of town and wants a smaller residence here.

The 52-year-old actor has played Administrator Chellick in the TV series “Star Trek: Voyager” (2000-2001), and he portrayed Dr. Griggs in the TV movie “Runaway Virus” (2000). He also co-starred in the TV series “Prey” (1997-98) and had a pivotal role in the NBC miniseries “Peter Benchley’s ‘The Beast”(1996).
