The flavor of Thai ice tea comes through in this creamy, light-tasting ice cream. Its orange color--traditional of Thai tea--comes from annatto seed. Serve a scoop with sliced mango, sticky rice and coconut cream sauce, or spoon it into a large glass and pour coffee over the top for a great hot-weather dessert drink.
