Jury Reviews Evidence in Boy’s Murder Trial
A jury in West Palm Beach reviewed evidence as it deliberated a first-degree murder charge against a 14-year-old boy who shot a teacher in the head a year ago.
Nathaniel Brazill faces a mandatory sentence of life in prison if convicted of the most serious charge against him, the premeditated murder of Lake Worth Middle School English teacher Barry Grunow, 35.
Judge Richard Wennet granted jurors’ request to review the testimony of Brazill and other witnesses and to replay the security camera videotape of the shooting.
