Acapulco-El Torito

Acapulco-El Torito Restaurants announced the appointment of Frederick F. Wolfe as president and chief executive. Wolfe most recently served as chief operating officer at California Pizza Kitchen. Prior to that, he spent 14 years at Acapulco Restaurants, where he was senior vice president of operations. Acapulco-El Torito is based in Long Beach.
