Four Appointed to Fair Board of Directors

Gov. Gray Davis has made four appointments to the Orange County Fair and Exposition Center board of directors.
Davis reappointed James W. Barich, 43, of Irvine, the current board president, and Deborah B. Carona, 49, of Orange to four-year terms.
Leslie A. “Teddie” Ray, 46, of Laguna Beach was appointed to a three-year term, and Patricia Velasquez, 34, of Anaheim, was appointed to a two-year term.
