Lacayo to Head Seniors’ Political Organization

Hank Lacayo has been appointed president of the Congress of California Seniors, a group that monitors legislation on behalf of 600,000 older Californians.
Lacayo, 69, of Newbury Park, also serves as chairman of Ventura County’s Democratic Central Committee and is president of the Latino advocacy group El Concilio del Condado de Ventura.
