Green, the reigning Busch Series champion, briefly lost the lead with nine laps to go when Kenseth tapped the rear bumper of his Ford Taurus to push him out of the way.
But Green returned the favor seconds later, bumping Kenseth and retaking the lead. Both cars nearly lost control on the exchanges.
It was the 12th career Busch Series victory for Green and it pushed him back into the lead in the points standings.
