Cal Lutheran Honors Associate Professor

Charles Hall, an associate professor of sociology at Cal Lutheran University, has received the university’s President’s Excellence in Teaching Award.
Initiated by university President Luther Luedtke in 1995, the award recognizes teachers who are held in high esteem by their peers, students and the university community.
Hall, an ordained minister, teaches courses in cultural conflict and change, sociology, religion, sexuality and society.
The Thousand Oaks resident joined the faculty in 1996.
