Giuliani’s Remarks
It isn’t often that I agree with Arianna Huffington, but I must confess that I was impressed with her May 25 commentary, “With Friends Like These, Who Needs Lovers?” As a family lawyer, I am profoundly aware of the extent of permanent damage that can be inflicted on kids when one parent disparages the other. New York Mayor Rudolph Giuliani has done just that; these poor, innocent kids were injured more by their father’s remarks, or by those where he hid behind his attorney, than they would have been had they attended one of the art exhibits condemned by this hypocritical politician.
