Disney International Chairman to Retire

Jim Cora, chairman of Walt Disney Co.’s Disneyland International since 1999, will retire next month. Cora, who is 63, began his career at Disney in 1958 as an hourly cast member at Disneyland, the Burbank-based company said.
In 1979, Cora was named director of operations for the Tokyo Disneyland project. In 1992, he was named president of Disneyland International.
