Guthrie Development Co. has completed development of Lakeview Business Park in Anaheim and has sold all of the buildings for nearly $14 million.
The six-building industrial and research and development complex encompasses more than 165,000 square feet on 7.7 acres at the corner of Lakeview and Orangethorpe avenues. Guthrie Asset Management Co. will manage the complex.
The site was the former home of the Yorba Orange Growers Assn. packing plant before being bought by Guthrie Development in July 2000.
Companies that purchased buildings at Lakeview Business Park include Bisco Industries, Harry Burke, PJ Printers, Moseys’ Production Machinists and Yamada Electronics.
“These quick sales demonstrate that demand for quality industrial space in Orange County is still relatively strong,” said broker Mike Hefner of Voit Commercial, which represented the developer.
In addition to Lakeview Business Park, Laguna Hills-based Guthrie Development will soon complete a six-building industrial park in Rancho Santa Margarita.
