Now that Thanksgiving is over, it’s time for Christmas programming. Tonight, CBS is offering a digitally restored version of “Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer” (8 p.m.) complete with a long-missing version of “We’re a Couple of Misfits.”

On Sunday, Peter Fonda is the grand marshal of the 70th annual “Hollywood Christmas Parade” (6 and 8 p.m. KCOP).

Frank Capra’s sentimental “It’s a Wonderful Life” (tonight at 8, NBC) didn’t do well at the box office in its first run, but the James Stewart-Donna Reed classic has been a holiday TV favorite for years.

“A Christmas Story” (tonight at 8, TNT) is a nostalgic look at the stress and peril of Christmas through the eyes of a child obsessed with his desire for a special gift from Santa.
