Mission Viejo’s Withrow Earns Legislator Award

Mission Viejo Mayor Pro Tem Susan Withrow has been named legislator of the year by the Southern California chapter of the American Public Works Assn. Assembly members, senators, county supervisors, council members and water district board members were eligible.
Two Orange County cities were given awards. Laguna Niguel was honored for its Sulphur Creek Quality Enhancement Program, and Laguna Hills for its community center and sports complex.
