The Treasury will sell a record $19 billion in two-year T-notes at its monthly auction Wednesday. The amount is $2 billion more than the last offering and would be the largest two-year note auction since the government began regular sales of those notes in 1972. The yield on current 2-year T-notes is 2.76%.
