10,000 Are Expected at Convention for Catholics

More than 10,000 people are expected to attend the final two days of the Catholic Renewal Convention this weekend at the Anaheim Convention Center.
Today’s and Sunday’s workshops, which will center on charismatic renewal, will start at 10 a.m., with a Mass and healing service at 8 tonight. Los Angeles Archbishop Roger M. Mahony will preside over Sunday’s closing Mass at 2:30 p.m.
