Teenage Girl is Shot to Death After Quarrel

A 16-year-old girl was shot and killed early Monday after an apparent argument outside a house in the unincorporated Lennox area of Los Angeles County, authorities said.
The girl, whose name was not released, was shot in the chest by a man who ran from the scene, said Deputy Richard Westin of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department. No arrests have been made, he said.
