Police Arrest Owner of Marijuana Cafe

A campaigner for the legalization of marijuana was arrested after opening Britain’s first Dutch-style coffee shop openly selling the drug.
Colin Davies, a multiple sclerosis patient who uses marijuana to ease his symptoms, had opened the Dutch Experience in a Manchester suburb about 180 miles northwest of London.
As he was put into a police van, one of his supporters shouted, “He’s a healer, not a dealer!”
