Fans of American roots music will gather near the shores of Lake Casitas for a jampacked “Bowlful of Blues,” now in its 19th year. Headliners include the first-rate guitarist Robben Ford and Charmaine Neville, the daughter of Charles, from the legendary New Orleans group the Neville Brothers.
