New Real Estate Center

The Anderson School at UCLA has launched a new center for real estate research and education.

Richard S. Ziman, chairman and chief executive of the L.A.-based real estate investment and development company Arden Realty Inc., provided the lead gift of $5 million to kick off the center, named for him.
