Teen Expected to Change Plea in Professor Slayings
A teenager who pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity in the stabbing deaths of two Dartmouth College professors plans to change his plea this week, apparently to guilty or no contest.
The Superior Court in Haverhill announced Robert Tulloch, 18, would change his plea at a hearing Thursday, hours before his alleged accomplice is to be sentenced.
Tulloch’s best friend, James Parker, 17, is set to be sentenced for his role in the killings, court records show. Parker pleaded guilty in December as an accomplice to second-degree murder and agreed to testify against Tulloch.
