Nation to Resume Dialogue on Reactors

North Korea said it will resume dialogue with a U.S.-led international consortium building two nuclear reactors for it.
South Korean special envoy Lim Dong Won met North Korean official Kim Yong Sun in Pyongyang, the North’s capital, and urged a return to full dialogue, Seoul officials said.
But the North’s official Korean Central News Agency said the rapprochement “is facing a serious crisis due to the moves of the bellicose forces at home and abroad,” blaming the U.S. and Seoul.
