Environmentalism Has Reached Cult Level

Share

Re “These Endangered Mice Will Have It Nice,” April 7:

If we needed more evidence for the proposition that the level of environmentalism has been raised to that of a cult, the six mice living on the Dana Point Headlands should surely suffice. There is little rational about giving up property worth millions to save a creature--which is still in plentiful supply just a few miles to the south--from extinction. Methinks this is a job for a couple of cats named “Bill of Rights” and “Private Property.”
