Former Minister Sought on Child Porn Charges
The FBI has issued an arrest warrant for a former minister after seizing child pornography, weapons and other items from his home.
Troy Cecil Snowden, 59, was indicted last week by a federal grand jury on charges of possessing child pornography, wire fraud, transporting a child for illegal purposes and possession of a shotgun.
Snowden’s last known address is a home in Cape Coral in southwest Florida, but neighbors said no one has been there for at least a month.
Once a popular radio evangelist in Little Rock, Ark., Snowden served five years in prison in the 1990s for soliciting donations for a nonexistent youth camp and causing a minor to cross state lines to have sex with him.
