Jury in Westerfield Trial Deliberates for 3rd Day

The jury in the David Westerfield case deliberated for a third day Monday without reaching a verdict on whether Westerfield kidnapped and murdered 7-year-old Danielle van Dam.
The six-man, six-woman panel received the case Thursday.
The trial saw hundreds of exhibits and testimony from 119 witnesses. If convicted, Westerfield faces a possible death penalty.
