Decoding Tour Speak
As a person who has taken many tours in the last 10 years, I know what you are talking about in “Decoding the Mysteries of the Tour Brochure” (Travel Insider, Aug. 11). There is no substitute for a good travel agent. Prices for tours you find on the Internet don’t mean much, because often you don’t know what you are really getting.
