U.N. House Targeted;Rockets Fired at Troops

A bomb exploded in a garbage bin next to a U.N. staff house in Kabul, injuring at least two Afghans, and rockets were fired at a U.S. military outpost in Konar province, officials said.
Three rockets were fired at the isolated Konar outpost used by U.S. Special Forces. Troops called in warplanes, which fired on the attackers, a military spokesman said. No Americans were injured.
In the Kabul blast, a U.N. spokesman said a bomb the size of a small package exploded, shattering windows in the compound.
