No Quarter Given
The most appropriate design for the California quarter (editorial, Aug. 24) would be an image of Gov. Gray Davis extending his hand to accept a bundle of money from a lobbyist for the California Correctional Peace Officers Assn. Or Enron. And the list goes on.
