I’ll never look at salmon the same way again (“Fish Farms Become Feedlots of the Sea,” Dec. 9). Your article highlighted exactly what we need to know about the foods we are consuming. I guess when they offer salmon as an alternative to meat at a charity dinner it would be better to opt for the vegetarian plate. I am pretty sure the piece of salmon I cooked the other night took on a grayish hue -- and I thought it was my cooking. Oh well, what is one to eat, soup and nuts?
