Water Bills to Rise for Residents, Businesses

Oxnard residents and commercial water customers will see higher water bills next year.
Rates are expected to climb about 11% on average, said Water Division Supt. Ken Ortega. The City Council unanimously approved the increases Tuesday. Officials said the increases are necessary to make up for shortfalls at the city’s Water Division.
