The chief U.N. nuclear inspector will visit Iran in February to tour two new facilities, which the U.S. has labeled suspicious.

Mohammed Baradei, head of the International Atomic Energy Agency in Vienna, will be accompanied by experts who plan to set up “safeguards” at the sites, where Iran is building nuclear reactors, to ensure that no material is diverted to arms, his spokesman said.

These safeguards may include remote cameras and other monitoring devices. Iran says that the two sites are to generate electricity and that Tehran has no plans to make nuclear arms.
