Turtle Bay Exploration Park is falling short of its attendance goal, and park officials say they need more money from the city of Redding.

Park officials adjusted this year’s attendance estimate from 200,000 to 115,000 after disappointing attendance that park officials blame, in part, on construction delays that forced the park to open in two phases.
