Cabinet Official Well After Hip Replacement
From Times Wire Reports
Transportation Secretary Norman Y. Mineta is “doing quite well” and recovering from hip replacement surgery, spokesman Chet Lunner said.
Mineta, 70, was admitted to Walter Reed Army Medical Center Wednesday night for the surgery.
He was hospitalized for four days in October because of a nosebleed and resulting low blood pressure.
