El Centrito to Celebrate Its 10th Anniversary

El Centrito de la Colonia, a nonprofit group that promotes literacy and Latino leadership, will hold an open house Feb. 28 to celebrate its 10th anniversary.
The event will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. at El Centrito, located at the old Oxnard High School campus at South K and 5th streets.
