American Held in Killing in Mexico
An American has been arrested in connection with the bludgeoning death of a 69-year-old retiree discovered slain last week near the Mexican port city of Ensenada.
Ford Richardson, 40, was arrested over the weekend in downtown San Diego and was being held in lieu of $1 million bond.
Richardson had lived at the Baja California home of the victim, Harry Ralston, according to investigators. Baja authorities want Richardson extradited to Mexico to face murder charges.
