Wimm Bill Dann Foods, a Russian juice and dairy company, said Wednesday that it is planning a U.S. initial public offering of 10.6 million shares. The Moscow-based company said it applied to be listed on the New York Stock Exchange. It didn’t specify a price for the IPO, which would be underwritten by ING Barings.

If accepted by the NYSE, the company would be the exchange’s fifth Russian listing.
