Police Seek Man in His Mother’s Death
Police are searching for a man whose mother’s body was found Thursday in her home.
Officers responding to calls from concerned relatives went to the home in the 2500 block of Termino Avenue on Wednesday, where the son reportedly said he didn’t know where his mother was.
Officers returned with a search warrant Thursday and found the 54-year-old woman’s body. She had been dead about a week. They also found evidence that the son, Sean Markham, 38, had left the state.
He is 6 feet tall, 200 to 210 pounds, with short light brown hair. He is believed to be driving a 1989 gold Geo Metro with the license plate 4KVX695. Anyone with information is asked to call (562) 570-7244.
