Man’s Body Found in Water Near Boat
The body of a 51-year-old man was found floating next to his docked sailboat Saturday at Channel Islands Harbor.
The man’s identity has not been released, and the cause of death was not known, Sheriff’s Sgt. Robert Thomas said.
Thomas said the man’s mother discovered him floating face down in the water next to his boat slip sometime after 4 p.m.
